Brad Turner
Owner/Operator
Meet Brad Turner, Owner and Operator of Small Town Pest Control, proudly founded in April 2018. With a pest control career that began in 2006, Brad brings nearly two decades of experience to the industry and serves as a certified operator committed to doing things the right way.
Brad founded Small Town Pest Control with a clear vision: to provide traditional customer service where quality work and personal relationships truly matter. He believes in treating customers like family—because in a small town, they are.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with family and friends, laughing, fishing, traveling, and meeting new people. He is happily married to his high-school sweetheart, Mica, and together they share two sons, Carson and Logan, along with two dogs and a cat that keep their household high-spirited.
Brad is actively involved in the community and the industry, holding affiliations with the Georgia Pest Control Association, the Georgia Department of Agriculture, and the Oglethorpe County Chamber of Commerce.
Brad’s passion for people, experience in pest control, and commitment to honest, reliable service are the foundation of Small Town Pest Control—and the reason customers continue to trust the name.
Kevin Hicks
Registered Technician
Meet Kevin Hicks, a Registered Technician who has been a valued part of the Small Town Pest Control team since April 2021. Known for being loyal, trustworthy, and dependable, Kevin is someone both customers and coworkers can count on.
Kevin’s pest control career began in 2016, and he shares the same core belief that exceptional customer service is a must. This shared mindset is exactly why Small Town Pest Control proudly lives by the motto “Service with a Conscience.” Kevin takes pride in delivering quality work while building genuine relationships with every customer he serves.
A true small-town connection, Kevin is from the same hometown as Brad, where they grew up playing sports and working together in high school—a bond that continues today through their work at STPC.
When he’s not in the field, Kevin enjoys college football, funny movies, and spending time with his family and friends. He is married to Mollie and is a proud father to Ansley and Ellis, along with their three dogs that keep life busy and fun.
Kevin’s dedication, integrity, and commitment to service make him an essential part of the Small Town Pest Control family.
David Wall
PT Registered Technician
Meet David Wall, a Part-Time Registered Technician who joined the Small Town Pest Control team in September 2020. David is known for putting family first—a value that naturally carries over into the way he cares for STPC customers. He approaches every job with the same selfless mindset, always focused on doing what’s best for others.
In addition to his role of helping STPC grow, David serves the community as a full-time Athens–Clarke County firefighter. When he’s off duty, you can find him spending time with family and friends, grilling, and enjoying an occasional “banquet”.
Like Brad and Kevin, David is from the same small town, and his connection to the company runs deep. David and Brad have been friends since the age of five, growing up together and maintaining that friendship throughout the years.
David is married to Selina and is a proud father to Brooke and Mason, as well as a proud grandfather to Morgan. Their home is rounded out with three dogs and a cat, making family life full and lively.
David’s heart for service—both as a firefighter and a pest control professional—makes him a trusted, valued, and respected member of the Small Town Pest Control family.
Wesley Patton
Registered Technician
Meet Wesley Patton, a Registered Technician who joined the Small Town Pest Control team in March 2024. As both family and employee, Wesley brings a special blend of trust, dedication, and a dry sense of humor that puts customers at ease and keeps coworkers laughing.
Wesley’s pest control career began in 2010, and he has been a certified operator since 2015. Along with his easygoing personality, Wesley strongly believes in exceptional customer service, making him a natural fit for the STPC team and its values.
A true small-town connection, Wesley and Brad grew up together, attending the same school, church, and family reunions from a young age—ties that now continue through their work together.
Outside of work, Wesley enjoys volunteering at church and spending time with his family. He is married to Courtney, and together they stay incredibly busy raising their three boys—Eli, Lucas, and Aiden.
Wesley’s experience, reliability, humor, and family-first mindset make him a valued and trusted member of the Small Town Pest Control family.
Addison Ouzts
Registered Technician
Meet Addison Ouzts, one of our dedicated pest control professionals with 5 years of experience in the industry. Originally from Winder, Addison spent most of his teenage years in Oglethorpe – a place he proudly calls home today. His strong local roots help him connect with customers and understand the unique pest challenges in the area.
When he’s not out in the field keeping homes and businesses pest-free, Addison enjoys deer hunting, fishing, practicing guitar, and spending quality time with friends and family. He lives by the motto “Enjoy the little things in life,” a mindset that shines through in both his work ethic and his positive attitude.
Addison is engaged to his fiancee, Ansley, and together they have a beloved rescue dog named Marty, a mixed breed who keeps life fun and adventurous.
